As part of the BAR, we adhere to a set of issued Terms and Conditions that are in place to protect you as the customer and us as the mover.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a BAR member we use their own Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact 0333 241 3209, via their website.
