How it Works
MoveProtect™ works alongside our usual terms and conditions, with a few simple updates that lets us offer you a higher level of protection than a standard contract typically allows for.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
• Let us know the Total Replacement Value (TRV) of your belongings.
• Review and agree to our updated terms and conditions, which include the MoveProtect™ Addendum.
• Pay the MoveProtect™ Charge – this is set by us and reflects the value of the extra service we’re providing.

What is a Maximum or Total Replacement Value?
Your Maximum Replacement Value must be a fair representation of the total current cost of replacing all property, taking into account age, quality, use and the second-hand market value and the time of packing. For any goods which cannot be re-purchased new (antiques or works of art), the replacement value shall be the current market value.
The Maximum Replacement Value you provide must be adequate to include all goods submitted for removal and/or storage, at all times. You as the customer, are responsible for notifying us if the value you declare needs to change at any time.
