What if parking is difficult at my address?
We have a good relationship with Edinburgh City Council and can arrange for parking bays to be suspended for moving day so we can get parked. However, 4 bays blocked out will cost around £100.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible! Especially during the busy summer months, when our diary can be filled over a month in advance. So get a moving quote as soon as possible and get booked in once you’re happy.
Do you provide packing services and packing materials?
Many people prefer help with the packing (full or partial). If you need packing materials then you get a 20% discount if you’ve booked your move with us!
Will you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Whether it’s an ikea bed, or other flat pack furniture, just talk to your surveyer at the time of your quote and we can dismantle, transport, then reassemble your furniture at your new home.
Do you offer storage if my move dates don’t line up?
If keys are delayed, or a transfer hasn’t went through, then your move might be delayed. In which case we offer temporary storage for your goods should the worst happen!
What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?
At a minimum we would need the addresses moving from and to. The property type and floor level. Estimated volume (a list of use our calculator). Access or parking notes and a preferred moving date.
